工作原理:
利用氧气和氢气在催化剂作用下反映生成水的原理,在氮气中加入氢气,混和气在装有高效的催化剂的除氧器中反应,去除氧杂质,再经过冷冻、吸附两级干燥除水,得到高纯氮气。除氧核心部件为催化剂,催化剂中起催化作用的是钯等贵金属,所以这里的催化剂称钯催化剂,亦称钯触媒。
特点:
1、纯气含过量氢,适合需还原性气氛的应用,氢含量可调;
2、原理简单,结构合理,能耗低;
3、气体指标稳定,杂质含量低;
4、可选配自动系统,实现无人值守;
5、应用范围广,对原料气无特殊要求;
